We had a lovely time- very relaxing. I didn't host, so was saved a lot of the hardest work, but I did make my traditional glazed ham. I don't usually eat a lot of ham on its own, but this is absolutely delicious- and makes for fantastic left-overs for weeks afterward.
I use a wonderful recipe that was originally from the gifted Martha Stewart and I have adapted it over the past few years.
I hope 2011 has begun well and holds wonderful things for each of you.
